Factory Proof

Ask whether the supplier is a real manufacturer or only a trading company. For a roaster project, factory capability matters because the machine may need voltage changes, gas configuration, color, logo, control language, spare parts and long-term support.

Useful proof includes production photos, workshop videos, model range, test roasting, packing process and export history.

Capacity Range

A serious coffee roaster manufacturer should explain which capacity fits your business. If every buyer is pushed toward the same model, the recommendation is probably not project-specific.

For small cafes, 1kg to 6kg may be enough. For wholesale roasteries, 12kg, 15kg or 30kg may be more suitable. For industrial production, 60kg and larger machines should be planned with supporting equipment.

Technical Configuration

Confirm drum structure, heating method, control system, cooling tray, airflow control, chaff collection, motor quality and safety features. Also confirm voltage, frequency, phase and gas type for your country.
